What is your shipping process?
We currently ship countrywide via a trusted door to door courier called MDS Collivery. If items are in stock, delivery normally takes 2-3 working days in Gauteng and 3-5 working days elsewhere in South Africa.
If items are on special order and need to be made up specifically for a client, then our team will be in touch with you every step of the way to ensure that you are made aware of when to expect your garment. As all garments are made right here at home in Johannesburg, this process usually takes 7 - 14 working days depending on complexity of the garment.
Do you ship anywhere other than South Africa?
We are currently working on a strategy for shipping to the rest of Africa with the most reliable and timeous provider possible. If however you desperately require something urgently, kindly drop us a mail and we will try our best to find a tailor made solution to get your garment to you if you are based outside of South Africa.
What is your size chart?
As our garments are all made in South Africa, we do our best to ensure consistency in our sizing.
A small is a UK 30/32
A Medium is a UK 34
A Large is a UK 36
If there is any deviation for whatever reasons, special mention will be made accordingly under each garment. For more fitted items, measurements for each size will also be detailed.
Where are your products made?
All products are proudly made in South Africa, they are uniquely made in small quantities and are only available through our online and physical stores.
How do I care and wash this garment?
Special washing instructions for each item are enclosed with every order. For heavier tailored items, we always recommend dry cleaning only and for the delicate summer fabrics, it is advisable to hand wash in cold water.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account. Please make us aware of your dissatisfaction within 8 days after delivery of the product to you.
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.
A garment can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a refund or credit:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
